Unfortunately I don’t speak Italian, so I can only get the gist of what “Asem” had written – with a little help of Google translate, naturally. And it doesn’t surprise me one bit 🙂

Asem says that Bosko Srot was “often enough defended by some journalists “independent” as Pengovsky (spesso abbastanza difeso da certi giornalisti “indipendenti” come Pengovsky)“.

While I realize that doesn’t literally mean that I’ve defended Bosko Srot personally (which I haven’t), I would like to point out that this constitutes the very half truth Asem acuses me of publishing.

Secondly, it would be fair both to Bora.La and me personally, if Asem (who uses a very known rhetoric, as if he copied it from a script) took up any and all issues he/she might have with my posts on my blog. Obiviously I can’t force him/her to do that, but it would be fair.

    @ pengovsky:

yes. i think that this would be fair. i don’t like even the kind of rhetoric for which authors of opinions and texts are, despite of their arguments and facts they provide, framed for their supposed belonging. it is really an unfair way of doing, and quite an aggressive one – and for this i dislike it even more.

now it’s time for asem to make us known what are her/his points for framing pengosky with that ironic ‘indipendent’ . but please, asem, you have to stick on facts and not on, as said above, your hipotesis about pengovsky’s political views…

    🙂

  4. asem ha detto:

pengovsky, maybe i’m a little bit rhetoric but why you don’t write that Srot is a (politic and important) member of SD?
why you don’t write, that Srot asked to Delo and Vecer (to biggest slovenian newspapers and owned by him) to glorify Borut Pahor (chief of post-communist SD) and to destroy democrats?

  5. pengovsky ha detto:

@asem: I did. In that very same post. 😀 You just have to read it to the end

  6. asem ha detto:

@pengovsky, i read three times, but – first post “Come esempio di mezze verità che certi ambienti sloveni promulgano” – i haven’t found
    nothing.

    1. Srot – member of SD (nowhere)
    2. you write “stop supporting Golobi? and back Pahor, or else…” and, and, why you don’t write full sentences and non just half.

  7. pengovsky ha detto:

@asem: Stop it. Come over to my blog and have a shot at decontructing my posts. You would be well advised to read most of the posts before you go about it. You might find your perception of my wrigin and the reality of the written clashing a bit.

  8. pengovsky ha detto:

humm… for “wrigin” please read “writing” 🙂
